I’m not really an acting nerd, but Rutger Hauer’s performance in Blade Runner makes me giddy.

I just discovered this artist’s blog and really enjoyed these sketches. This one in particular made me stop and stare for a while.

I’m reading Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep? right now and while the book and move are (a points) severely different, it is the rare case when both succeed in portraying a viable plot, characters, and ending. I’m satisfied at the end of the movie, and so far satisfied with the book.

Favorite Films | Blade Runner (1982)

I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I’ve watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those … moments will be lost in time, like tears…in rain. Time to die.
